Last week, I found out that Chapman's won an award for their chocolate ice cream from the International Ice Cream Consortium. The IICC seems like a fantastic organization, and I'm curious about how to become an ice cream tester like them. Changing careers to work in the ice cream industry sounds appealing to me, especially with Chapman's diverse product offerings catering to different dietary needs. Their range of sugar-free, lactose-free, and flavourful options make them a standout Canadian company in the ice cream market.
