I went in hoping to grab some chicken sausage and walked out with a treasure trove of deliciousness, from light and fresh pí¢tí© to perfectly cooked steaks and house-made Toulouse sausages that blew my mind. The friendly staff even showed me a 150-year-old business certificate, and their passion truly shines through every bite-I'll definitely be making the drive again and again!
