The staff was super friendly and explained the ordering process clearly, which made everything easy since it's a walk-up and seat-yourself kind of vibe. I went for the beef brisket plate and was blown away by how juicy the meat was and how generous the portion sizes were, plus the creamy mac and cheese had a nice southwestern twist. The sides, especially the unique coleslaw and house-made pickles, really stood out, making it a solid choice for some satisfying BBQ without breaking the bank.
