Located inside the city hall building, this coffee shop is conveniently situated near the Civic Hotel and the public library. I visited at 8:30 am and received my Mocha Zebra coffee within 5 minutes. The lattes here are superior to those at the Tim Hortons nearby. The seating area is spacious, accommodating around 20 people, with the added bonus of outdoor seating during the summer. While parking may be a bit distant, this coffee shop is an excellent choice for students seeking a peaceful study environment with good coffee options near the library.
