The coffee, food, and service were exceptional. I enjoyed their lattes and lunch sandwiches, which were offered both hot and cold, during multiple visits. Each experience left me satisfied, and it was conveniently located in a corner of the municipal building's main floor lobby, accessible through the +15 walkway system.
