Craig runs a fantastic operation with a friendly and efficient team that makes every visit enjoyable. The poutine is my go-to indulgence, but the Friday night fish and chips, Stella Bay burger, and homemade soups all deliver bold, satisfying flavors that keep me coming back. With gluten-free keto bun options and a variety of vegetarian dishes, plus local Kawartha Dairies ice cream in multiple flavors, this diner offers something delicious for everyone.

Craig's diner has been a favorite spot of mine since 2016 when it was revived as a volunteer-led seasonal initiative. The menu features delicious options like fish & chips, donuts, and the unique Stella Bay burger. Additionally, they offer gluten-free keto buns and a variety of healthy and vegetarian choices, making it a great dining option for all preferences. The student staff, supported by community volunteers, did a fantastic job during the busy opening weekend, and I look forward to returning throughout the summer to enjoy their tasty offerings.
