After sampling some of their beer at local establishments, I decided to visit this brewery, which has been around for 24 years and is well-known for its Flacatoune and Blanche de Charlevoix. The knowledgeable staff in the small shop offered great service, and while the nachos were solid, I found it better for a pitcher and a snack rather than a full meal.
