The noodle soup combinations are exceptional, and I appreciate the selection of freshly frozen seafood, which I find often tastes fresher since it's frozen right after being caught. The smoked salmon is of excellent quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful; my experience at the booth during Eat Vancouver was particularly enjoyable with their delicious candied maple salmon samples.
