Ria Vida has excellent gluten free baking. Their meat pocket buns, cinnamon buns, and regular buns are delicious. They have a selection of fresh and frozen and the owner/baker is friendly and helpful! They have some soup too, but I have never tried it as I have lots of allergies. I recommend this bakery
