While visiting our son in Essex Junction on his birthday, I struggled to find a same-day cake until I called Piece of Cake, where the owner kindly offered to prepare a beautiful and delicious chocolate cake that exceeded all expectations. Over time, whether for birthdays, holidays, or even our wedding, Gladys has consistently impressed me with her talent, professionalism, nut-free kitchen, and willingness to accommodate last-minute orders, making every celebration truly special.

I had a wonderful experience ordering a cake for my son's birthday from Piece of Cake in Essex Junction. Despite my last-minute request, the owner was able to create a beautiful and delicious chocolate cake for us, exceeding my expectations. The same day service and attention to detail made it a truly special treat for the occasion.

I ordered some cupcakes for a Holiday party from Piece of Cake!!!! The owner and I discussed my vision- I liked the idea of cardinals and poinsettias-- and she asked if I wanted another type of bird and flower too!!! I thought that was a great idea so she added doves and another flower! I ordered the cupcakes a week before the party, and we agreed upon a time for her to meet me and drop off the cupcakes!!!! The cupcakes were delicious too!!! I will now be going to Piece of Cake for all my cake, cupcake and pastry needs!
