I had an amazing evening at a monthly Stalk dinner where we enjoyed a family-style meal that included coconut curried shrimp and potato croquettes for appetizers, followed by coq au vin, braised short ribs, and lamb shanks, complemented by truffle scallop potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms. Even though we were full, we couldn't resist indulging in the salted caramel pot de crí¨me and milk and cookies-definitely a must-try for any food enthusiast from Regina!
