During a recent visit to Montreal, I discovered an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant with friendly service and a convenient tablet ordering system that made trying a wide variety of dishes easy and enjoyable. While the sushi quality isn't quite on par with what I've had in Los Angeles or Las Vegas, the reasonable prices, fresh ingredients, and tasty non-fish items like Japanese BBQ skewers and fried bread made the overall experience satisfying enough to return.
