Driving by Rockland Nutrition, I was drawn in by the inviting aroma and the sight of St Hubert Express, which instantly sparked memories of the Scarborough location and my craving for a hot chicken sandwich. Settling into a quiet corner with a tray of dark meat smothered in rich, bay leaf-infused gravy, crispy fries drenched in savory sauce, and a refreshing, crunchy creamy coleslaw, I savored every bite while enjoying the warm bilingual hospitality and subtle hum of the cozy atmosphere.

I was driving to Rockland Nutrition when I spotted a St Hubert Express among the box stores. Memories of the St Hubert at Warden and Danforth in Scarborough made me crave a hot chicken sandwich. I decided to dine in, and the friendly bilingual staff made my experience enjoyable. The hot chicken sandwich with dark meat and creamy coleslaw hit the spot, and the self-serve gravy for the fries was a nice touch.
