My family shared a late dinner and drinks on the patio this past Sunday night. The upstairs patio has a great environment with open air tables, closed in bar area and multiple TV screens to enjoy sporting events. The drinks were aplenty but the cocktails were overrun with ice, so the serving sizes were quite small for the price. We ordered several appetizers and a couple of main dishes. Service was abit disorganized as the order was mixed up and I received a plastic tray instead of a plate because no more plates could be found (they managed to find one later). I really did not want to stress about it at the time, but REALLY, wash a plate for the customer. The steak bits and jalapeno peppers were good but the burgers and poutine fell flat. I understand that it is a BREWhouse and the food is not paramount but both the food (lack of flavour) and the drinks (over priced) were disappointments. Simply put, the value for your money is not there therefore we will not be returning. The Brewhouse needs to step up its game for this family.
