There's this awesome spot downtown that serves up delicious vegetarian Mexican food. It's a chill joint where you can grab a bite even if you roll up late. The portions are huge and the prices won't break the bank. They've got options for vegans and gluten-free folks too. The Gringo Taco with refried beans is a must-try, especially for those late-night cravings. Oh, and now they're open during the day for lunch too!
