A cozy comfortable place with a great staff quiet atmosphere and make you feel at home except they are serving your meal

I was very shocked with the unprofessionalism with how the manager handled the mistakes of my order. They said 35 min for delivery, but took 70 min. No call. I called and they said they will come soon. They missed a whole dinner order yet charged me. They said they will delivery it ASAP and never did, closing 2 hours early and no call. No dinner for my husband. I couldn't believe the lack of service. I left a message. Got a call that night and they did say sorry and they will give me a refund the following day, but no call as they were closed. I called back the day after getting a refund but not without attitude. Doesn't look good for business. Very strange encounter...

The pizza is really good. Hard to find pizza like this these days.
