Placed an online order as I often do on Sundays coming home from the trottage. Only this time it was over 15 minutes late. I called the store to enquire where my food was, it's been delivered..ah..no it hasn't, I'm stood in my driveway...there is no food. Check with driver, it's been delivered a gentleman received it and thanked the driver..I'm the only person here, I'm female and I did not receive food. Well nothing we can do, marked delivered.
No apology, no reimbursement, you can order again but you'll have to pay again. NOT A CHANCE IN HELL WILL I EVER ORDER THERE AGAIN.
