Imagine getting the order wrong smh

Was told they no longer have garlic toast with cheese. That was one of the BEST apitisers on the menu. Made a take out order of a thin crust Pizza and when I got home found it was a deep dish Pizza.Dryden Pizza Hut has really gone down hill. 🤨

Looked online for menu - found pizza size, kind of crust, what is included, items wanted. Online, price was 10.49 with one item and 1.25 for each additional. Total price would have been 15.75 plus tax.
Order taken by Shyla - she told me price was 24.99 plus tax. She mentioned online price was to be ordered online for the special - As a senior, I am not that familiar with ordering online - I expected that what was advertised is what I would pay - not an additional amount. I tried to tell Shyla this. Her response to me at that time was rude and downright nasty. Same happened when I went to pick up the pizza. I was ignored after being told that others were there first. She finally brought out the pizza and the receipt - Seniors are not always familiar with the process and I certainly have never been treated that rudely as a customer. So much for trying Pizza Hut again. - NEVER.
