Avoid this location at ALL costs!! Just had the most horrifying experience with one of their delivery drivers. When he showed up with our food, once I answered the door he began to question me as to why I had a credit applied to my account from a previous issue we had at their location. The pizza before was cold and it took them a long time to deliver it, so customer service applied a credit. This guy could not handle the fact that we had a credit, so my husband came to the door and he began uttering threats and insults. My husband asked for the food, and the driver was persistent in yelling about the credit. When my husband asked for his name, he refused to provide it and also refused to give the receipt. My husband told him he was going to file a complaint with Pizza Pizza head office and the driver began to escalate and said the most horrible words and inhumane insults. He also threatened to come back to our property as he said “I know where you live, and l will come back and show you!” What kind of person threatens a paying customer for a simple credit?! He’s absolutely insane and should be terminated. We contacted the police immediately, filed a police report and have video evidence of this entire altercation. We also contacted Pizza Pizza head office to have this matter escalated.
Never in my entire life have I ever experienced that type of harassment from an establishment towards a customer. What a disgrace! Will never order from here again.
