Ordered my meal in drive thru staff friendly. My chicken blt was cold and hard like cardboard. No French fries machine was down. Asked if they could give me something for free seeing you go there for combo meals this includes French fries. Want to know how I can contact a manager

In my last 4 visits to the restaurant on Highway 7, my order was wrong in 3 of them. You would think I'd learn?
They can't seem to get a special order right. I am vegetarian and don't want meat on my Big Mac. In 3 out of 4 visits, they put the meat on. I don't know if the problem is when they take my order, or when they fill my order.
I haven't wanted to check the order before I leave because I hold up every one behind me, and people are in a hurry. I guess I won't go anymore. Too bad, when they get it right, it's pretty tasty!
