The customer service is absolutely terrible. I will probably never order from them again. They had bad customer service before but it just seems to be getting worse. The food and pizza are okay. Today I ordered pizza over the phone and the girl that answered was very rude I just asked her the prices for 3 different sizes of pizza. She told me ma'am check the prices online, which is a bit ridiculous considering that they don't have a website for accurate pricing and menu prices are different on a couple of review websites. After taking my order she shut the phone on me. She didn't tell me the total or how long it would take. So I called back and she got angry and tried to blame me for not asking her quick enough. I have ordered food before in my life this isn't my first time and the restaurant always tells you your total and wait time.I never ask for a supervisor but this time I did but of course they didn't have a manager or supervisor. So I cancelled my order. In retrospect I should have checked the reviews before ordering. It is clear this is an on going problem.If you are okay with being treated like garbage then proceed with your order.
