Misleading menu and terrible service. If you order the burger platter the menu says it comes with gravy. So I assumed my order would come with gravy. When it didn't I called the restaurant to ask them to send it. I was told that you have to order the gravy separately because there was an error on the Uber Eats menu and Uber Eats wouldn't allow them to change it. (Really? Come on...Uber Eats controls the menus?) Interesting because the Korca print menu (the one they threw in the bag without my gravy) also says that it's included in the platter. No apology and no attempt to make it right. Fortunately Uber Eats offered me a refund but I will not be ordering from this place again. I can get better food and good service elsewhere. Like almost anywhere.
