Last night Sept 5th was my daughters Birthday. St Louis in Keswick is were she wanted to go for her Birthday Day dinner. So we went. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It wasn't long and we were waited on. Within a few minutes we had our starter brought to us with our drinks. Not long after our food was brought out. I noticed a man in a wheelchair with his wife. They had order there food before us. And still had not received it. . The man in the wheelchair was starting to get upset because he was hungry. So all he could do was yell. An elderly lady in the resturant told the lady to take him somewhere else. As to which they had already ordered there meals At this time was I getting upset. You see I have a special needs daughter, Then the Manger comes out and tells the man he can not yell in the resturant or he would have to leave. As to which everyone there heard him say.. This manager is the worst kind of person in my books. My daughter was so upset she wrote a review right then. She did not want to stay for dessert. I went up and paid the bill. The staff could not apologize enough for the actions of the manager .I said you don't need to apologize it should be the manager. As to which she could not find in the back. My daughter came up to the cash and paid for this mans dinner on her BIRTHDAY. I feel they should have gotten there meal for free. Anyway we as a family will never go back to this St Louis in Keswick

I've been to this restaurant several times. As a rule the staff is very good, and the food us average. My wife and I recently went for wings. She only ate two, and I managed 5. The worst wings in the history of wings. Either they never changed the oil or they sat in the oil overnight before cooking them. Say goodbye to $80.00(the beer was cold) and to two customers
