Stay away!! READ ALL!! Worst Experience!! Too bad you even have to give a star for this to show!!!! I would rate them 0...Pictures below are how it showed up at delivery. After delivery, Called the store to make them aware, and when I offered to send a photo, he replied with "a photo does not prove that you didn't drop it" Unprofessional!! Why would a client wait 50 mins for delivery than decide once the food arrived to drop it so they can wait another 50 mins! The manager should not be running this establishment and based on the reviews below, clearly the owner does not care.
I have to say I have never experienced customer service like that.

Their website does not state they use a 3rd party delivery company, when asked for the refund including tip, I was told the owner told them to only refund the pizza without the tip. So at the end of all this, we were left with no pizza, $6 shortfall because they don't stand behind their service and another bad Google review. It's not about the $6 but it's about principal. A 3rd party that Papa Johns uses, is supposed to be a representation of their store. You honor anything as if your own employee messed up to ensure you are putting your clients first! Clearly that is not the case. For all I care they could keep the $6 and hopefully they can use that money to pay for better management! Disgruntled customer
