While traveling out of Saskatoon, I stopped by an aviation-themed restaurant that had a plane wing over the bar and a propeller on the wall. I ordered the True North Burger, loaded with all the good stuff, and upgraded to poutine fries, which were delicious with real cheese curds melting on top. The service was pretty fast, and even though it got slow when I arrived, the burger was so good that I'll definitely be back for more.
