Great food and drinks

Food is good but servers are very rude. I am sitting at the Upper James location for the 1st time in a long time because of the rudeness. Servers do not look at you, hardly speak to you and walk away from you as you are asking a question. It is guaranteed that everytime you go to this location you gwt the same terrible service. I like the food but really have limited how much i go to feel under valued as a paying customer. I have gone to others locations and service is great. What us up with this upper james location. How rude!!!
