love the way you guys treat every customer with respect and gratitude, best place in town. dont know what you guys do to the dough but its awesome. even after 4 days it taste fresh.

The Asian elderly lady working there just seems to be rude. i placed a order which included a salad which she forgot to give. she calls me back to pick it up and does not even apologizes for her mistake. keeps the salad on the counter and walks away, as if its my mistake that i forgot to collect it. extremely rude status.

Visited ponoka location. Asked the women if she could wipe the debit machine with sanitizer she just smiled as if doesn't know anything I walked to my car and got disinfectant tissue and wiped it.she kept smiling.she used the same hands to cut pizza doesn't wash her hands.I've visited the store many times the gentleman keeps it clean he knows me well. Please train her or make her understand .

best pizza hut place. the guy working there is super friendly and customer oriented. fast accurate and speed of service is all that matters and we get it here at ponoka pizza hut.
