I've been here for a meal before, and one thing that's key with noodle soup is that it has to be piping hot. It's essential for a delicious bowl of noodle soup. I enjoy discovering new spots to eat in the greater Vancouver area, and I appreciate that this place opens earlier than most Viet restaurants at 9am :p We took a chance dining at this unassuming industrial eatery, but it paid off with friendly service, tasty food, and they were even able to customize my order with tofu instead of beef. I just wish it was closer to where I live.
