The Bells Corners location is SOOOOOO slow. The website said it would take 30 mins but it took over 2 hours to receive my order. I contacted the store and the representative told me she "guessed the pizza would arrive soon"! And then she said she had other clients and hung up on me!
Order from the Merivale location NOT the Bells Corners location. The Merivale location has friendly and efficient employees.
Over 2 hours to have a pizza delivered is unacceptable.
