The cozy cafí© tucked away on Elm Street offers an inviting ambiance where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingles with soft jazz melodies. Every visit feels like a warm embrace, making it my favorite retreat from the bustling city.

A Chestermere Landmark located right on the lake, since 1979. A classic old-school neighborhood Pub. No kids, no foody-inspired gastro-fare, or micro brews beyond the locally brewed Township. I don't think they even have a bearded barman, but do have the best lakeside patio around. Arrive by boat in the summer, on your sled in the winter, and enjoy some quality basic pub grub with the locals. Also the home location of the Western Canada Pond Hockey Championships held every December. Google that. It is a unique event, and The Dockside is part of making it happen in support of some great charities.
