The wait was a bit long due to a busy Saturday evening and some staff shortages, which is understandable. It would be helpful if the staff informed customers about delays as a courtesy. I enjoyed the Osso Buco in a cozy setting within beautiful vieux Terrebonne and would consider returning.

I found the wait to be a bit lengthy on a busy Saturday evening, likely due to a shortage of staff. It would be helpful if the staff could inform customers of such situations as a courtesy. Despite the wait, the Osso Buco I ordered was delicious, and the cozy setting in the beautiful vieux Terrebonne made for a pleasant dining experience that I would consider returning to.
