A group of us dined at Friendz a few weeks back-a 'send off' dinner of sorts before leaving for a 3 month stay in Florida

As the past Director of Sales for many years at The Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa, one can tell immediately who is suited to work within the hospitality industry, and trust me,
Reece is certainly one of those chosen few who is a perfect fit

She greeted us at the door as if she were entertaining in her own home, with the utmost of style and grace

A breath of fresh air right from the start!!

Very attentive, professional in manner, with a wonderful sense of humour-we'll be back-asking for her specifically

This lady knows how to 'work a room' effortlessly, and is truly a major asset to your business

Thanks' for such an enjoyable evening Reese!!

Good food but wish we could say the same about the service. The bartender cut my friend off after 3 drinks because she was drinking a drink which required a couple of shots of different alcohol. When i complained as clearly my friend was not even slightly feeling a buzz she changed her tune and said if my friend ordered something else she could keep drinking. Last time i checked if you're not drunk not disorderly and not drinking you should be able to choose what you drink and how much of it you can handle. Also the kitchen was closed at 930 when we arrived and of the three staff on duty only the brand new waiter in training was manning the totally full bar and all the drinks for all the tables so the wait was pretty bad... had to order at the bar a lot (not waiters fault he was very sweet just running off his feet). Weve noticed a lot of major staff changes there lately my friends and i wont be rushing back.
