I was at the Vaughan location of 255 Alta Rosa on April 3 with a friend. It is very difficult to find good customer service and that is why I wanted to write a review. It was my first time there and before of the kind and professional and sweet service by the two hostesses (I asked for their names and they were Maya and Brianna) I will attend again. As soon as I entered I was greatly with huge smiles and felt welcomed. The waitress was also kind and the food was good but the best part for me was the moment I entered the restaurant which impressed me especially in today's society that I find lacks customer service. I have made another reservation for this week.

Excellent service, delicious meals. The pizza and all deserts tasted so great.
On a snowy day being a short of staff, though people already filled up all their seats, this personal performed in such a great timing. Special thanks to our waiters Zuzana.
Wish you all Happy Holidays and more business in the future.

We were there over the weekend . Staff was very unprofessional, disorganized including the manager. Service was very slow - half our table was served the main while the rest of us waited 20 min.
Would not recommend this restaurant nor would we be returning

We were there over the weekend for a family gathering . Our first time there. Staff was very unprofessional, disorganized including the manager Pat. food portions (appetizers)not even enough for 2 people.
Service was very slow - half our table was served the main while the rest of us waited 20 min.

Tried to book a reservation on numerous occasions with no call back. Followed up on the voicemail I left and they confirmed not able to accommodate seating request. They didn't even offer another time slot. I had to request if they had another options and was told they would check and call me back. Never heard back!! Terrible customer service and would never recommend this place.
