great food

Came to chucks tonight, we ordered a medium rare porter house and waited 45 minutes for our food. Once the food got to us the steak was cooked well done so we told the server and she took it back for a new one. we then waited 20 more minutes for the steak and when that one came it was medium to medium well. off the bat the server didn't write down our order and messed it up twice. Waiting staff were arrogant.
