I had an incredible dining experience with a talented chef who crafted a visually stunning four-course menu with delicious flavor combinations. The menu changes based on local ingredients, showcasing creativity like foie gras tubes with Apple liqueur and herb sorbet, as well as a variety of dishes like trout, salmon, beef, and an exquisite wine selection at a reasonable price of 85 CDN for the prix fixe menu.
