Was at McDonalds in simcoe Ontario this evening for about 8:35 I placed my order to a very rude and short worded girl. When I pulled up to the window. I witness one girl standing and wasting time on her cell phone and the other girl with her back to the window 90 percent of the time. Turning long enough to grab my cash and slamming the window. While I was still trying to hand her change. I gave her a 50 for a 30.25 order. When I tried to tell her I have the quarter. I got snarled at Tooo LAte. (Approx 8:37). I went seriously. And the window slammed. She stood with her back to me u til she pushed the drinks and food out the window. Im a very patient person. Have dealt with many young people making mistakes. But tonight. This time. I am putting in my complaint. Ive never had such ignorant service. And had two young people so self absorbed in something else to treat customers so rudely.
