Always a lovely meal. The menu is well rounded and the food is light and tasty. They have a killer house salad dressing, the sushi arr works of art and delicious. Love this place, love the people and the service.

Have lived in Maple Ridge for about 1 year and as I love sushi I have been on the hunt for a local sushi joint to call home. Finally found it. Lots of good sushi places in MR but this one is exceptional.
Food is super fresh, service outstanding and ambiance about what you expect from a small sushi joint.
They always bring a fresh mixed salad with their homemade apple based (although I wouldn't have guessed that) dressing to start you off. The menu includes a pick any four times from list deal for 12.95... great value for a quick lunch. My favorite combo is Nigiri Sushi 2, Chicken Teriyaki, Amazing spicy roll and tempura (combo comes with Miso soup as well). The salmon has always been wild rather than farmed, beautifully prepared and served at just the right temperature.
For a more adventurous evening there are all the usual suspects and quite a few ones I have not found anywhere else. The rolls are not covered in "Gunk" like a few places, the rice is perfect, not too vinegary and holds together well.
