I have been going to celebrate with my family and friends for a couple of years now. Love the food and I've always had great service. Looking forward to going again 😀

I was very dissapointed with the service and the host at the door which was very rude when it came to seating us..I worked in a restaurant for many years and never they I treated people like that ....I would not recommend your restaurant to anybody. very dissapointed.. needs improvement... food was not too hot either.

We went to Baci Italia in Moncton.
We ordered a cranberry salad and a spinach dip. The guy wrote a spinach salad and "confirm it with us", while also wearing a mask. It's not the mask the problem, but because of it, we didn't heard well, and I heard a cranberry salad. Now when he brought us the spinach salad, I said it's not the right one. I ordered a cranberry, he said "but I confirmed it with you". He said, I can go make a new one, but you still have to pay for the spinach one. I even clearly pointed the cranberry salad on the menu. What I think is he probably made a mistake while writing it. My friend even heard me say cranberry.

We just didn't think the service was right... every restaurant I went to, the server makes the switch easily, because they want to please the client. We tried to talk to someone else, but they still went to get us the same guy.
