I had lunch at Panda South on Lake Blvd with a friend, opting for takeout Chinese on a hot day. We ordered pot stickers, beef chow fun, and the Tomato Beef Hong Kong noodles mentioned by another customer. The food stayed hot and fresh until we unpacked it at my friend's house, with the crispy noodles for the beef dish packed separately to keep them crunchy. The flavors were impressive, with tender noodles, ample beef, and a delicious balance of tangy and sweet in the tomato beef dish.
