The recent remodel is truly impressive, and our room on the third floor came with a lovely balcony. Despite the initial state of the room, the outstanding customer service made our stay enjoyable, especially with Jessica's warm welcome and assistance. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, comfortable room with a kitchenette, and we can't wait to return!
