Always great food!

We had dinner at Tsubasa Sushi, and our wait staff was attentive--sometimes a little too attentive; our chef, Mario and John were both efficient and determined to please according to specifics of an order. I love this place as the sushi is fresh, made to order, and with specifics from the customer regarding certain health concerns and so forth. I highly recommend this cute and efficient restaurant as the owners know what they are doing and determined to please the customer. The restaurant is clean and health conscious.
