They never messed up it was amazing there the drinks is so good

2 weeks ago I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk. I got a hot one.
Last week I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk. I got an iced coffee. By the time I realized what it was I was out in traffic & too difficult & time consuming to go back.
I gave up on Starbucks!
