I ordered a beef bbq sandwich, cole slaw, and beans. The sandwich and cole slaw were great. The beans had absolutely no flavor at all. I would have been better off bringing a cheap can of beans from a dollar store. Had the beans been good, it wouldn’t have bothered me about the high price. I’ve eaten at comprable restaurants with the same theme and have paid much less. The next time I see another restaurant of the same name, I’ll just go in and only order a side of beans and compare. I know the restaurant business is a tough one, but in this type of restaurant, the overall flavor and viscosity of the beans should be put on par with the meat that is served. I mean no disrespect to all of those involved in this restaurant. I wish them the best in success. As mentioned before, the beef sandwich and the cole slaw were superb. The purpose of my mentioning the beans is for the betterment of this business. Plus, small businesses play a key role in the U.S. economy. I do want to mention that the place was clean and the employees were attentive. So, for that, I did give 4 stars. Please take heed to my review because a town this size needs variety and you provide that. So, for future new customers, please patronize this establishment. You will like the sandwich and cole slaw. Thank you.
