I recently tried the all-you-can-eat sushi at Hobs, and I must say, the freshness of the fish is exceptional. The customer service is outstanding, particularly from a staff member named Andy. While the pricing may be a bit higher than other AYCE options, the quality and experience make it well worth it. This new location, one of three that opened recently, offers a full bar, daily happy hour from 4 to 7pm, and a variety of dining options including carry-out, delivery, and catering services.
