I called several times to place an order on Saturday. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH, I was placed on hold for over five minutes and then hung up on. i called back and the phone was just taking off the hook with no answer. I just called back on today Sunday, again after several calls someone answered to tell e just come in or order online and then hung up. This service at this location is terrible.

I had guest from out of town who stopped in and placed 3 take out orders. When they got my house and opened the the box I was surprise that the only thing that looked like it came from Mr. Charles Chicken & Fish at the Cambridge location was the wings. The other chicken was overcooked, the mac & cheese was dry. I was shocked because I've dinned there and my meal was always good. They also told me that an alarm was going off inside but no one seemed concerned when 2 fire trucks pulled up. Now I have to take them somewhere else to eat.
