I have been stuck in Russia for the past 47 weeks, and can't wait to get home to once again enjoy the great service and selection of meat provided by Wise Choice Custom Meats. This family owned business puts the true and actual meaning to "Family" into their service. After eating chicken for most part of 2020, let's start with Texas Sized Steaks. Then move into the High quality Pork Butt, pulled pork on the Big Green Egg is one of our families favorite's. But I can't forget all the sides provided at Wise Choice Custom Meats. I'll be headed back to the great state of Texas and our wonderful city in early November. Hope to see everyone there, God Bless & be safe,once again Wise Choice Custom Meats will be my first and everyday stop once I get back to America.--Tony
