Beers are good but terrible customer service.

The craft beer is exceptional. Drive an hour to enoy the many choices of craft beer on tap. First class bar tenders. Good bar food too and very accomodating for vegetarians. Highly recommend!!!

Have called brewery several times,spoke to employees and requested menu and pricing information .Have left my name and information etc.
No has bothered to return a call or send any information related to my request.
I am a former Massillon Tiger, !962.former Chicago Bear 1966.Don't understand how I can get a return call from the mayor yet can't get a return call from the Paradigm Shift .
