I've been here a couple of times now and I have to say they have the best tacos on the south side of Milwaukee! Their steak and pastor tacos are well seasoned and have good flavor. I love the pastor ones by the way. Also their sauce is aMaZiNg. The red sauce tastes wonderful. I've been to other Mexican restaurants and their sauce taste like they're made with canned ingredients BUT not this one. Everything is fresh! I was sitting in their little bar area the last time I went and I asked the guy what they were cooking in the pots that were on the stove. And he said the vegetables they use to make the sauce. It's amazing to see that authentic food is still being made! I'm not going to lie I've been here more than once a day. Their food is seriously amazing. The carne asada fries are sooo good. They have mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream as toppings. They are delicious! Their FOOT LONG quesadillas are incredible! They are made from fresh corn tortilla dough and they are fried. They come out real crispy and yummy. I personally love the chicken in green sauce filling for the quesadilla. They also have delicious wings and fries. Their BACON wrapped hot dogs are very good as well. This business is family owned. The owner is amazing with the his costumer. Very attentive with every table and jokes around with costumers too. Which i think is good to not treat your costumers like an object just because they pay you right? He actually interacts. His wife and kids are also this way. It's amazing to see a united family running a business. Service, food, atmosphere is all great...they are also very clean. I would say it's a little pricey but its definitely worth it!!!
