I was a loyal customer until today. On Saturday I purchased a bottle of Stranahan's Whiskey which comes with an aluminum shot cup over the top of the bottle. When I went to open the bottle on Monday night when i removed the shot cup it revealed the bottle was cracked under the cup. I attempted to return the bottle for replacement and the management stated all sales are final and would not replace or refund my money. I couldn't believe it as I have been a frequent shopper. Well, the management has now lost a customer who shopped at your business on a weekly business. Beware if you shop here and have issues with the product when you get it home, all sales are final, and you are screwed.
