08/11/2021 - Terrible cancellation policy!
Concerning booking via the Tock platform, I have made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, I called to cancel my reservation, same day, due to my partner's illness and charged a $100 cancellation fee. My bank informed me that they refuted the charge and were not willing to issue a refund. Please note Papille's two-day cancellation policy is only disclosed "after" confirming your reservation online. Major transparency issue. I hope this helps.
